We have been producing shoes – in our homeland China – since 1992. Since then, millions of pairs have found their way to men, women and children all over the world. We make shoes in any style, colour and design that our clients – predominantly internationally operating retail chains and brands – desire. We know the market inside out, follow developments closely, and are able to respond to new trends rapidly.
Virtually every shoe starts out on the drawing board of our designers. The design and relevant sample are then presented. Production commences once all details meet the client’s requirements – including from a pricing perspective. Many retailers have already had their own labels produced this way. We at MCM provide a full service footwear concept from where we design, source, develop, produce and ship your footwear product to any location worldwide. You tell us what you need and we will start guiding you through all the necessary steps in creating your perfect footwear product.
Material Research
& SOURCING
In the beginning stage of creating your footwear product, we will start with selecting/source materials and source/create outsoles that fits to your request.
DESIGN & DEVELOPMENT
In the development stage our team of highly skilled designers and developers will start with designing your product. After the design has been signed off, we will start the process of making a product prototype. This is a time-consuming stage of not only getting the design according to your requirements but also to make sure that all technical details of your footwear product are well taken care off.
production
In the production stage we will start producing your product in our nominated factories. It is important to know that all our nominated factories are BSCI certified. This to avoid any unethical subjects such as child labor and bad working conditions taking place at one of our nominated factories.
Quality Management
Within the production stage we have our dedicated QC’s monitoring your products during all processes of production. This to make sure that your products have the highest possible quality standard.
Shipping & Logistics
When all steps of production are finalized our logistics team will assist you in getting your products shipped out to you.
